Dave Franco will make his directorial debut with horror-thriller "The Rental". Alison Brie (Community, GLOW) and Dan Stevens (The Guest, Apostle) will join Sheila Vand (A Girl Walks Home Alone At Night) and Jeremy Allen White (Shameless). The script is co-written by Franco and writer/director Joe Swanberg.
