Release Date Announced For Psychological Thriller "Greta"

Focus Features has announced a March 2019 release for Neil Jordan's psychological thriller "Greta". The film starring Chloë Grace Moretz, Maika Monroe, and Isabelle Huppert will hit theatres March 1st. "Greta" held its world premiere at this year's TIFF.

A sweet, naïve young woman trying to make it on her own in New York City, Frances (Chloë Grace Moretz) doesn’t think twice about returning the handbag she finds on the subway to its rightful owner. That owner is Greta (Isabelle Huppert), an eccentric French piano teacher with a love for classical music and an aching loneliness. Having recently lost her mother, Frances quickly grows closer to widowed Greta. The two become fast friends — but Greta’s maternal charms begin to dissolve and grow increasingly disturbing as Frances discovers that nothing in Greta’s life is what it seems in this suspense thriller from Academy Award®-winning director Neil Jordan.

Moretz and Huppert are joined by co-stars Maika Monroe, Colm Feore, Stephen Rea. Neil Jordan directs a script he co-wrote with Ray Wright. The film is produced by Sidney Kimmel, John Penotti, James Flynn, Lawrence Bender, Karen Richards and will be distributed by Focus Features.

First Image Released For "Men In Black: International"

Chris Hemsworth revealed the first official image for sci-fi sequel "Men In Black: International". The film is directed by F. Gary Gray and does not feature the characters made famous by Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones instead introducing different MIB agents based out of England. 

Release date for "Men In Black: International" is set for June 14th 2019.

Tessa’s character Em trying to prove herself by joining the London MIB and being paired with the former ace Agent H, played by Hemsworth. The pair becomes involved in a murder mystery that has them traveling the globe.

Clip Released For Scifi Horror "Alita: Battle Angel"

A new clip has been released for Roger Rodriguez's horror scifi "Alita: Battle Angel". The film is due out theatrically February 14th. It stars Eiza González, Jennifer Connelly, and Rosa Salazar.

Set several centuries in the future, the abandoned Alita is found in the scrapyard of Iron City by Ido, a compassionate cyber-doctor who takes the unconscious cyborg Alita to his clinic. When Alita awakens, she has no memory of who she is, nor does she have any recognition of the world she finds herself in. Syfy Planning A 'Night Gallery' Reboot

Syfy is planning a reboot to the classic horror anthology 'Night Gallery' by Rod Serling. The new series is being developed by executive producer of 'Teen Wolf' Jeff Davis and David Janollari, the executive producer of 'Midnight, Texas'. Universal TV and Universal Cable Productions will produce.

“The Night Gallery reboot will update the 1969 series for the digital age. Dark and twisted morality tales paired with Serling’s specific brand of irony, Night Gallery will explore and exploit every modern nightmare imaginable, mining our fears of the dangers of social media.”

On November 26th, Nuon Films and Blue Muse Entertainment began filming a supernatural thriller titled ‘Voices’ in Mobile, Alabama. The movie is helmed by Emmy Award winning director Nathaniel Nuon (ParalyzedResidue) and stars Valerie Jane Parker (The Dust Storm), Ashley Bell (The Last ExorcismCarnage Park), Jordan Ladd (Cabin FeverDeath Proof), Leslie Easterbrook (Police AcademyThe Devil’s Rejects), and Double-Platinum Country Music Artist Tracy Lawrence. The film is produced by Nuon and long time collaborators, Michael A. Green and Charles Phanthapannha. Executive producers are Brad Custred of Blue Muse Entertainment, Chris DeBlasio and Jonathan Kelly of 850 Entertainment.

I wanted to make a film with the visually impaired in mind. The audio description is written in the script, so it would be an equally enjoyable experience for those who can see and those who can’t,” said Nuon. Voices is slated for an 2019 release.

After visiting her father’s grave, Lilly and her mother are involved in a terrible car accident that leaves Lilly orphaned and unable to see. UK Release Date Announced For Scifi Thriller "Solis"

The UK release date has been announced for Scifi thriller "Solis". The film will be available on digital download December 10th thru iTunes, Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Sky Store, BT, Sony, Vubiquity, Rakuten. "Solis" is directed by Carl Strathie and stars Steven Ogg and Alice Lowe.

Premiere Date Announced For Season Two 'American Gods'

Starz has just announced the premiere date for season 2 as March 10, 2019. Season 2 will be even darker and more dangerous. Ricky Whittle returns as Shadow Moon. Ian McShane will reprise his role as Mr. Wednesday. Emily Browning, Pablo Schreiber, Crispin Glover, Bruce Langley, Yetide Badaki, Mousa Kraish, and Kahyun Kim will also be returning for season 2.

First Trailer Released For "The Standoff At Sparrow Creek"

The first trailer has been released for intense thriller "The Standoff At Sparrow Creek". RLJE Films is planning a limited theatrical release with a  VOD and Blu-ray/DVD release beginning January 18th. It is directed by Henry Dunham and stars James Badge Dale, Patrick Fischler, and Brian Geraghty.

After a mass shooting at a police funeral, reclusive ex-cop Gannon realizes that the killer belongs to the same militia he joined after quitting the force. Trailer Released For Paranormal Comedy 'Cursed'


Head Above Water creator Connor Fairclough and award-winning producer Tristan Barr has released a teaser trailer for upcoming paranormal comedy webseries 'Cursed'.
CURSED is a horror-comedy series that parodies the clichés and techniques typically found in the horror genre, similar in style to Shawn of the Dead. Shot with the intention of an online release, CURSED draws influence and satirises such horror films as The Conjuring, IT, The Nun, and Annabelle.

The story follows Isaac (Kyle McCallion), who releases a curse on himself after fiddling with a Ouija Board one drunken night. Through each episode, he and his useless housemate Ned (Omar Al-Sobky) must deal with countless paranormal hauntings whilst managing their daily mundane lives.

The official trailer has been released for supernatural thriller "Hunter". The film is directed by David Tarleton and will hit major streaming platforms February 12th 2019. It stars Jason Kellerman, Rachel Cerda, Nick Searcy, Ryan Heindl, Leigh Foster.

Fangoria Presents Feature Adaptation Of Preston Fassel's Our Lady Of The Inferno

Deadline is reporting that Laura Moss and Brendan J. O’Brien have been commissioned to write the screenplay for the film adaptation to Our Lady Of The Inferno, the 1980s Times Square set horror book by journalist Preston Fassel. 

Moss and O’Brien, both repped by UTA, are currently in development on After Birth. Moss is also attached to direct supernatural horror film Hide Your EyesFangoria, which was acquired by Texas-based production company Cinestate, recently wrapped production on Satanic Panic.

Crowd Funding Underway For Womp Stomp's "Pathosis"

Womp Stomp Films has started the crowd funding campaign for indie film "Pathosis". The film is the follow up to Womp Stomp Film’s “Never Hike Alone.” Austin Bonang has been tapped to direct. The campaign is set up on Indiegogo.

PATHOSIS follows the story of Sam, a young woman plagued by a mental disorder which forces her to struggle between fighting her disease and the troublesome side effects of her medication.

First Trailer Released For "Ghost In The Graveyard"

The first trailer has been released for "Ghost In The Graveyard". Cellar Door Productions has released the trailer for the supernatural thriller directed by Charlie Comparetto. It stars Kelli Berglund, Royce Johnson, Jake Busey, Nikki Blonsky and Jason James Richter.

Premiere Date Announced For Series Part 2 'Chilling Adventures Of Sabrina'

Terror Films Teams With Code 3 For Three Picture Deal

Genre distributor TERROR FILMS has teamed up with fellow executive and head of acquisitions, Jim Klock and his CODE 3 FILMS’ slate for a three Picture deal.

The first film under the deal, RED LETTERS is currently in post-production and was produced by Code 3 Films’: Darrell Martinelli, Emily Adams, Kelsey Trainer and Jim Klock. Klock also wrote, directed and stars in the film. Additional cast includes: Mike Capozzi (Shockwave & Trace), Chad Ridgely (Massacre on Aisle 12),  Robin Baker(6:66 PM: Evil Has an Hour to Kill) and Kyra Kennedy, fresh off the national tour of (Waitress the Musical & Blue Bloods).  In addition to his executive duties at both Terror Films and Code 3, Klock’s acting career has kept him busy with roles in: Alex and Me, Marvel’s Cloak & Dagger, “Scream Queens,” “True Detective,” SyFy’s Santa Jaws and the recently released feature film, The Green Book
