Check out the slasher heavy poster that is sure to become a new iconic image on the horror front. Director Conor McMahon’s “Stitches” is one of the coolest projects to come out since “BTM : The Return Of Leslie Vernon”. I love this new darker, sinister image of the “bad clown”. A classic in the making in every way.
The film stars Ross Noble and Tommy Knight and tells the story of “Richard ”Stitches” Grindle, a jaded workaday kids’ birthday clown, whose one-liners are witty in a way that’s just not for kids. He falls victim to a fatal party mishahp at the hands of a group of particularly nasty children. Years later, the group of now teenagers attend a party at which Stitches is the uninvited guest of honor, returning to avenge his untimely death.“
