"Burning" debuted on digital January 29 and on Blu-ray Combo Pack and DVD March 5 from Well Go USA Entertainment. The film is directed by Lee Chang-Dong and stars 'The Walking Dead'‘s Steven Yeun. It is South Korea's entry into 2019 Academy Awards. Jordan Peele's reboot of 'The Twilight Zone' reboot for CBS All Access has a release date. The series is set to premier April 1st. In the mid 19th century, the small daughter of the family, Clara was murdered and immured inside the villa by her father on account of her powers of clairvoyance. A shroud of fear envelops Villa Clara as people still believe it echoes with violence and brutality and that Clara’s ghost continues to wander among its walls. However this legend doesn’t stop Helen and her team from carrying out a preliminary inspection of the villa before starting restoration works. One of the team disappears in strange circumstances forcing Helen, Jacob and the rest of the group to stay at the villa beyond dusk to retrieve their friend. After discovering they can’t get out of building, that they have been mysteriously locked in, they find themselves having to face the terrifying evils concealed in the depths of Villa Clara.

ESCAPE FROM DEATH BLOCK 13 concerns a wrongfully convicted man who discovers
sinister goings-on at a maximum security prison and must break out to expose the corruption and get revenge on those who put him there. The movie shot recently at the notorious Ohio State Reformatory, where such movies as THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION and ESCAPE PLAN 3 also filmed. "Bronzi" gained notoriety with the recent DEATH KISS, for his uncanny resemblance to another tough and well-known action star of the '60s-'90s.

A new, more chilling, trailer has been released for A24's "The Hole In The Ground". The film is directed by Lee Cronin from a script he co-wrote with Stephen Shields; the film stars Seána Kerslake, James Quinn Markey, and Simone Kirby. DirectTV subscribers gain access to the film January 31st with the rest of viewers getting a chance in limited theaters and select VOD platforms on March 1st. Sarah and her young son Chris move to a new home in the Irish countryside, next to a forest that hides an enormous sinkhole. One night, Chris vanishes, and when he reappears he seems unharmed and unchanged. But, as his behavior grows increasingly disturbing, Sarah begins to fear that the boy who has returned may not be her son at all.
Syfy has won the tights to the Child's Play series adaptation. The series focusing on the possessed doll will pick up right after the "Cult Of Chucky" story, says Mancini. The show will also take the Child's Play paradigm back to it's roots.

Neon and Hulu has picked up zombie comedy "Little Monsters" after a serious bidding war for the rights. The film stars Lupita Nyong’o, Josh Gad and Alexander England, and is directed by Abe Forsythe. Snoot Entertainment and Made Up Stories are producing. Dave, a washed-up musician, volunteers to chaperone his nephew’s kindergarten class field trip after taking a shine to the plucky schoolteacher, Miss Caroline. Dave’s intentions are complicated by the presence of the world’s most famous kids show personality, and competition for Miss Caroline’s affections, Teddy McGiggle. One thing none of them bargained for however, is a sudden zombie outbreak, from which Dave and Miss Caroline must protect the children.

Indican Pictures has set a February release date for camping nightmare "Wronged". Headstrong textile student Irina finds herself stuck in the modern rat race. Her abusive relationship is finished, her studies leave her unfulfilled, and her summer job has just been canceled. Troma has released a series of images and trailer for upcoming picture "Shakespeare Shitstorm". This time the Troma team headed by Lloyd Kaufman return to Shakespearean farce, first visited in Tromeo and Juliet, taking on The Tempest. Aside from directing in his last film, Kaufman stars, as does Troma alum Debbie Rochon.
Prospero, the brilliant and generous pharma scientist, had his life and career ruined by blind, greedy, perverted pharmaceutical execs, causing him and his very hot daughter Miranda to flee from NYC to Tromaville, New Jersey. When the evil execs and their elite guests take a celebratory luxury cruise to North Korea, Prospero uses his science, magic and a load of whale laxative to create the titular Shitstorm, wrecking the cruise ship and causing the execs to wash up in Tromaville.
