Something To Look Forward To…

Brian Keene’s Ghoul won the Bram Stoker Award and now can be seen on the screen a Chiller original premiering at Slamdance Festival Jan. 22,2012. I am more anticipating his zombie series which has yet to be released The Last Zombie : Inferno the follow up to The Last Zombie. It is on pre order now but I just really can’t wait to read this book. Ghoul was great and hope the film adaptation does not disappoint.

In the dead of winter, The Last Zombie: Inferno picks up where The Last Zombie left off, as Doctor Ian Scott and his team of soldiers and scientists make their way across the wastelands of a post-zombie apocalyptic America. Infected with the virus that caused the zombie outbreak, Ian struggles to stay alive long enough to see his wife again. As if that wasn''t enough, the team finds themselves caught between a raging, state-wide wildfire and the radioactive destruction of a nuclear reactor meltdown.

It is the summer of 1984. A local teenage couple goes missing after savagely being attacked among the gravestones of the local cemetery.  Reigniting suspicions that an old legend of the Ghoul might actually be real, Timmy and his two best friends are forced into circumstances that put their friendship to the ultimate test.  Banding together to face their personal demons and the one hiding underground, they are forced to choose between good and evil.  Will they survive?
