“Kuchisake-onna Returns” opens in Japan on July 7th, 2012. The film stars Megumi Ohori ... Airi, Yuka Rikuna, Yuna Mikuni, Mami Yamashita, Ryoji Sugimoto, Nobuyuki Kase and Natsu Kashu. No word yet if there will be an American release yet..Hopefully IFC or Sundance will pick it up.Megumi Ohori stars as Airi, a graduate student majoring in the study of folklore. As part of her studies, she decides to travel to a small village with a group of friends to investigate local legends. Unbeknownst to her, the villagers worship “kuchisake-onna” (the slit-mouthed woman) as living gods and intend to offer her and her friends up as a human sacrifice. Eventually, Airi is wounded and fights back by becoming a “kuchisake hunter”.

I am sorry that your having trouble viewing the new site..notice at the top next Home Links An Contact there is a option button that will allow you to view the blog in classic style as well as the new dynamic style. Hope this makes the viewing of my blog easier. I am trying to keep the blog fresh and modern for more mobile devices as well as traditional blog readers.
