IFC Midnight will be bringing Padraig Reynolds’ “Rites Of Spring” to horror fans on VOD July 27th. There will also be a NYC theatrical release on the same day. The film is a supernatural horror/thriller starring AJ Bowen (House Of The Devil, A Horrible Way To Die), Anessa Ramsey (Footloose, The Signal), Sonny Marilnelli (ER, The Fallen Faithful), Katherine Randolph (Jarhead), and Marco St. John (Treme, Monster).After kidnapping the nine-year-old daughter of a wealthy socialite and hiding out in an abandoned school, the kidnappers fall prey to a recurring terror in this place, a bloodlust that comes every first day of Spring.
