Walt Disney has announced that it will put a new spin on the Evil Queen from “Sleeping Beauty” with “Maleficent”. Also it is stated that Angelina Jolie is on board to play the wicked role following the obvious success of Charlize Theron’s recent move to the dark side in “Snow White” re-telling.
This will be the unheard story of the Evil Queen. “Maleficent” is set to star Elle Fanning, and Sam Riley. Due out March 14, 2014. (If the world does not end Dec. 26, 2012- that is!).
