The remake for “Apartment 1303” is a 3D redo that stars Mischa Barton and Rebecca De Mornay. The film is directed by Daniel Fridell and is called a modern ghost story. It is a western re packaging of the Japanese film of the same title released in 2007. “A modern ghost story which turns a love/hate relationship between mother and daughter into a tale of horror. Some rentals are too good to be true.”
