Coming February 2012 on VOD and later, May 9th to be exact is “Playback” by Michael Nickles. This supernatural thriller offers us a fresh new cast of characters and well footed supernatural fave of the genre, the found footage theme. Only with this film it is a mix of dramatics mixed with discovery footage of tragedies that befall the cast. Christian Slater is a great actor and this in no way will suck on the level that “Alone in the Dark” did oh so many years ago! It actually could do for the 21st century horror genre what “Scream” did for it in the last of the 20th century. Look for it this coming Spring and check out the trailer below….
