Watching 1981's My Bloody Valentine

I liked the remake, but I love the classic more. The bad acting, cheesy sound fx, and awesome gorey props were the best. The idea that the most romantic and horniest day of the year is also the deadliest. I live in the coal fields so there is an added affection for this movie.
The town getting ready for the first valentines party in 20 years.
Welcome to Valentine Bluffs...
Nothing like a bleeding organ to say I slay you with all my heart!
20 years ago in 1960 an accident at the mines brings hell on this town. Harry Warden comes back every year to make sure they never have another dance-oh well! Party Time!
Miss Mabel is the first to die this time around in the laundry mat. When I was a kid there was a laundry down the street that had these same blue dryers.
Amazed that the sheriff noticed the upside down hearts right away but didn't notice the big red mess on the dryer door til his second go around the shop.
The mayor cancels the dance setting the scene for a underground slaughter fest. They set out to have the party in the mines!
The bar man gets it setting up a prank to scare the kids. Lesson learned?!
"You didn't stop the party!"
More than hot dogs boiling in that pot!
Sylvia gets in the shower room because dude took his sweet ass time getting the beer from the fridge.
Down the mine they go. So much for safety first. Their big mistake? Splitting up as they usually do in these movies.
They have to climb up from the elevator shaft in the dark. My ass would have followed the rail car tracks back up the way the went down.
Snapped that dudes neck into!
The town rushes to save the survivors.
They should have took there as up in the damn rail car....

The reason Axel is fucked up in the head, He saw his dad killed by Harry when he was just a boy...
