Okay-the return of Chucky, although a significant one, was not in my top 5 returns to classic horror but after seeing this new featurette of the London premiere during this year’s Film4 FrightFest, Chucky has now topped my excitement list edging out Carrie. “Curse Of Chucky” hits VOD on September 24th and DVD/Bluray on October 4th. The film is directed by Don Mancini and stars Fiona Dourif, Brad Dourif, Danielle Bisutti, A Martinez, Alex Vincent. When a mysterious package arrives at the house of Nica, she doesn’t give it much thought. However, after her mother’s mysterious death, Nica begins to suspect that the talking, red-haired doll her visiting niece has been playing with may be the key to the ensuing bloodshed and chaos.
