Forever 19 And Dead

qedForever dead 19?! How cryptic but not really. 19 is the magic number that holds the key to man’s death and mankind’s future-at least in the zombie project “19” it is. According to Deadline Jim Agnew and Sean Keller are writing the pitch for a zombie trilogy to that very affect. The story focuses on the supernaturally bizarre concept that upon turning 19 people become the undead-zombies and our world along with it’s future rests in the hands of children. It is a new spin for the genre that continues to spread much like the T virus itself. This project has been swept up by QED International.

Jim Agnew is the ex guitarist for Hate Dept. turned writer who is most famous for the film “Giallo” along side Sean Keller. Currently both men have a new project “Takorev” currently filming. Jeff Chan has been tagged to direct the film for QED. His latest short film “Call Of Duty” has gained him a lot of buzz in the industry. QED’s latest flick is “Fury” a WWII film tank drama starring Brad Pitt. So with “19” I am thinking “Lord Of The Flies” meets “Red Dawn” in the time of the Zombie Apocalypse.
