New Clip Released For “Devil’s Mile”

The film is set to premiere at Fantasia Film Festival on July 27th, 2014. “Devil’s Mile” is directed by Joseph O'Brien and stars David Hayter, Maria del Mar, Casey Hudecki, Adrienne Kress, Amanda Joy Lim, Samantha Wan, Shara Kim. The film hits DVD and VOD August 12th, 2014.

A gang of psychotic convicts take a dangerous and ill-advised detour after brutally kidnapping two young girls. As the captors speed away, events quickly turn out to be much more dangerous and gruesome than they had planned for. While driving down a long and dark stretch of deserted highway, the car becomes surrounded by mysterious sinister spirits, forcing the captors and young girls to work together in hopes of surviving the deadly evil force.

Jay Lind’s “Carmilla” Returns To VHS

Sub Rosa Studios is excited to bring Jay Lind’s SOV erotic classic “Carmilla” back to VHS this Sunday night, 7/27, at 7pm EST, in a very limited 30 unit edition. Starring Maria Pechukas, Heather Warr and Andy Gorkey, and written and directed by Jay Lind and Jeff Schelenker, this flick was shot on a combination of SVHS and HI8 back in the 90′s and was an instant best seller via its original distributor Draculina back in the day.

First Look At Paranormal Thriller “Dwelling”

The first images have been released for upcoming paranormal thriller “Dwelling”. The film stars Erin Marie Hogan, Devanny Pinn, Mu-Shaka Benson and Abigail Mary . “Dwelling” is directed by Kyle Mecca and promises to be an edge-of-your-seat experience unlike any in recent indie horror.

“Dwelling” is a film about a young woman, Ellie (Erin Marie Hogan), who deliberately buys a haunted house in attempt to make contact with the spirit world. Driven by a horrific experience in her past involving her sister, River (Devanny Pinn), Ellie is willing to put herself and her family at risk to seek the truth. In doing so, Ellie releases a soul that is more malevolent and terrifying than she could ever imagine.

Trailer Released For Spirit Board Thriller “Ouija”

The trailer for Stiles White directed thriller “Ouija” has been released. The film hits theatres on October 24th, in time for Halloween, and stars Olivia Cooke, Ana Coto, Daren Kagasoff, Bianca A. Santos, Douglas Smith, Matthew Settle, Vivis Colombetti, Robyn Lively.

In Ouija, a group of friends must confront their most terrifying fears when they awaken the dark powers of an ancient spirit board.

Teaser Trailer Released For “Annabelle”

At first I wasn’t sold on the whole Annabelle movie idea. I was afraid there would be a lot of action doll sequences that would cheapen the creepiness of the doll. After seeing this teaser trailer I am feelin’ it! Check out the teaser trailer for yourselves…

XLrator Announces Release Of Scott Schirmer’s “Found”

XLrator has announced the theatrical release of Scott Schimer’s disturbingly good  horror “Found”. It is simply awesome and a film everyone should see! Also check out the hot cover art for the release.

XLrator Media has acquired North American distribution rights to the award-winning horror film FOUND by first-time director Scott Schirmer. The film has played more than 40 horror film festivals across the globe where it won 15 Best Feature Film awards and multiple Best Actor awards for both of its young stars, Gavin Brown and Ethan Philbeck. XLrator Media will release the film on August 15, 2014 in theaters, VOD and iTunes on its acclaimed “MACABRE” genre label.

“FOUND is a profoundly shocking and moving horror vision from a talented new director working outside the Hollywood system. The film has been endorsed by genre icons Elvira ‘Mistress of the Dark,’ Sybil Danning and Joe Bob Briggs and has created a sensation wherever it has played,” said XLrator Media president Mike Radiloff.

FOUND was produced by Leya Taylor and Damien Wesner. It is based on the novel by Todd Rigney, who co-wrote the screenplay with Schirmer.

The deal was negotiated by Mike Radiloff and Barry Gordon on behalf of XLrator Media and Matt Medisch of The October People on behalf of the filmmakers.

Sneak Peek Released For “Facility 31”

Check out this sneak peek video of David Hawk’s “Facility 31”. The film stars Rachel Warren, and Emily Wyatt. “Facility 31” is a British horror about a group of Military Corrective Training Center who are tasked with cleaning a remote, disused bunker.

Rosie Hinton, an officer in the British Army and now a convicted military prisoner is on her final work detail before being released back to her unit. Along with five other detainees they are tasked with cleaning a long deserted military facility but when they arrive it gradually becomes clear that the bunker is not as abandoned as they were lead to believe.
