French Indie filmmakers Gautier Cazenave and Jean-Noël Georgel are enviting fans into the “House Of VHS”. The new project focuses on a group of students on a vacation in the French countryside. The old house holds more than just plans of good times. Within the house an old VCR sets filled with evil and magical powers. “House Of Evil” currently has a crowd funding campaign going over at Indiegogo for this return to classic fantasy horror. The story will build on elements similar to classic films like “Evil Dead” and “Videodrome”. VHS nostalgia is also a strong element of this movie, where the characters will spend some time discovering schlock films that they didn't think could even exist.
