‘Throwing Stones’ Coming Back For Season Two

Fixing more broken windows this January!..Must admit I didn’t get into this show until midway thru season one but like most of my shows that somehow fell through the crack in my schedule I pick em up with fervor an then obsess over them. This is a fucking good show! That says a lot about a story which has average 3 minute episodes and is able to have you gasping and grieving over the characters and story so intensely. This is one of those shows and now they are back to do it all over again!

“Bloodsucka Jones” Trailer!

Thanks to Bloody Disgusting I am reminded of a little indie project that quite frankly is brilliant. It is a perfect blend of vintage exploitation film styles like “Foxy Brown” mixed with the most recent attempt “Ticked Off Trannies With Knives”. As if that wasn’t enough vintage flavoured delish they have fused those juices with the newly exploding horror comedy branch sweeping through indie genre films for a perfect bastard child production of pure awesomeness! I actually put this film up at the top of my list of future “gimmie’s” with the soon to be released “Love Bites”!

This is the story of Dave King. He was just dumped by his girlfriend, but it is okay because he meets the girl of his dreams who turns out to be a vampire. Her vampire friends and family want Dave dead, but she loves him. So Dave enlists the help of Tony, a bumbling wannabe vampire hunter, and his favorite comic book hero, Bloodsucka Jones, to save the day. Wacky superbitchin' hijinks ensue.

“Terminal Legacy” Trailer

erminal Legacy is an exciting apocalyptic sci-fi thriller about a team of three scientists whose attempt at creating the ultimate miracle drug horribly backfires. In the wake of an outbreak within their facility, they must race to prevent the remaining patients from escaping as well as dealing with their own divisive motivations.
Our film is unique among its cinematic brethren in that it's an apocalyptic/zombie movie told from the point of view of the men responsible for the "outbreak" and is told as the outbreak starts. It is not told in the aftermath, nor is it about some ragtag group of survivors filling cliche, stereotypical roles. You could say that it combines the best of I Am Legend and The Crazies and would serve as a prequel to either of those films.
The film has two central characters who are foils to one another. Will Taylor (Cuyle Carvin) is the lead scientist behind the creation of the miracle drug, based on a molecular phenomenon he calls "mirror life." Will is successful, bright, rational, even-keeled; has a beautiful wife; and yet goes about this experiment underhandedly by taking a very dubious short cut: being financed by a ruthless, shadowy entrepreneur. He even keeps the truth of the experiment from his patients and his wife.
Jordan Kovalsky (Kazy Tauginas) is Will's foil. Desperate for cash and short on temper, he enrolls in this experiment under the impression that it will cure his aching migraines. Jordan is unemployed, is street-wise and hot-tempered, and meets Lindsey (Tationna Bosier), a young, vulnerable girl during the trial period. When all hell breaks loose inside the medical compound, he, Lindsey, and deranged patient Keith must navigate the complex hallways and dodge the "infected" patients in order to get to freedom. A freedom that Will and his team are desperate to keep him from.

Much like the 80’s wolf comedy “Full Moon” tried some what to do. I personally like the movie for what it is. Total nostalgia cheese fest . However “Love Bite” adds that “American Pie” flavor that makes it fresh.

igh school is over and summer has begun in the dead-end seaside town of Rainmouth. While Jamie’s friends seem to be happy working in the local pie factory by day and looking for a shag by night, Jamie is bored out of his mind, running his pot-head mother’s B&B.
