Check out the trailer for Daniel R. Chavez’s “Broken Glass”. The mystery thriller follows James Glass who, unable to recall why or even how he arrived at a self-help meeting, listens closely to the group for clues to recollect what actions forced his attendance. Initially withdrawn, his walls begin to drop as relatable stories from the others create a sense of belonging. When startling events begin taking place, comfort gives way to fright. Memories mix with hallucinations making it difficult to determine where reality and imagination are diverging causing James to question his sanity and ultimately confront an unspeakable horror from his devastated past. The film stars Eric Charles Jorgenson, Cesar Garcia, Jess Allen, Jennifer Daley, Hina Khan, Ken Lyle and Odell Mack. “Broken Glass” holds its world premiere stateside on Tuesday June 4th at Chinese theatre in Hollywood 2:40 pm during the Dances With Films film festival May 30th-June 9th. The international premiere is scheduled for the Madrid International Film Festival in Madrid on July 1st-6th. The film has been nominated for Best Film and Best Original Screenplay at that festival.
