The British flick has moved into early development phase courtesy of Movie Mogul Ltd. And will be helmed by John Shackleton (Panic Button). This is what Shackleton had to say about the project:
"Lurking beneath a hugely fantastical movie premise, anchored in reality, is a universal story surrounding a group of alienated teenagers. I’m hoping that this film will have a little something for everyone." – Shackleton
