Less than a month after word came out of the film adaptation of Thomas Tessier’s “World Of Hurt”, a anthology based on short stories collection REMORSELESS & GHOST MUSIC, distribution rights have been acquired. Thomas Tessier’s “World Of Hurt” will include adaptations of “I Remember Me,” “In Praise of Folly,” The Infestation at Ralls,” “The Ventriloquist,” and “Evelyn Grace.” All shorts will be directed by five different directors. All Channel Films, Inc. will provide domestic (U.S.) and Canadian distribution for the 2014 anthology film THOMAS TESSIER’S WORLD OF HURT.
All Channel Films, Inc. is a distribution company with over 26 years in North American distribution. They have successfully placed films and products in all the available distribution outlets, including all cable channels, Internet outlets as well as DVD, VOD, and any other market for domestic distribution.
Seth J. Kittay, President of All Channel Films, Inc., stated that, “I have known Tom for years and am aware of his work and look forward to handling distribution of this great project.”
This is the first time Tessier’s short stories will be brought to the screen. Five directors (identities forthcoming) will helm the THOMAS TESSIER’S WORLD OF HURT anthology.
