The Hollywood Reporter has announced that IFC Midnight has acquired indie sci-fi –horror “Almost Human”. The film is directed by Joe Begos and stars Graham Skipper, Josh Ethier, Vanessa Leigh, Susan T. Travers, and Anthony Amaral III. No word on an official release date yet but the film is being given some pretty decent love from sci-fi/horror fans in early reviews. Mark Fisher disappeared from his home in a brilliant flash of blue light almost two years ago. His friend Seth Hampton was the last to see him alive. Now a string of grisly, violent murders leads Seth to believe that Mark is back, and something evil is living inside of him.
