The film is directed by Michael Merino and stars Ken Arnold, Regen Wilson, Tracy Teague, Julie Forziati, with Suzi Lorraine and Joe Estevez as Bob Osberg. It is a supernatural horror thriller. A yuppie couple (in their mid thirties) buy a vacant house in the country in order to convert it to a bed and breakfast. The House, has other plans.
