Deadline has reported that STX Films upcoming horror "Countdown" has cast Elizabeth Lail, Talitha Bateman (Annabelle: Creation), Peter Facinelli (Twilight franchise), P.J Byrne (Green Book, Rampage), Anne Winters (Night School, 13 Reasons Why), Tom Segura (Instant Family), Jordan Calloway (Black Lightning, Riverdale) and Tichina Arnold (Everyone Hates Chris). The film is being directed by Justin Dec.
Lail stars as a young nurse who downloads an app that claims to predict exactly when a person is going to die. It tells her she only has three days to live. With time ticking away and a mysterious figure haunting her, she must find a way to save her life before time runs out.
