Check out the wolf transformation clip from the Netflix Eli Roth series ‘Hemlock Grove’. The sequence shows a great appreciation for both CGI and organic means of creating horrific and profound moments in cinema. It could possibly be one the coolest and most revealing moments of what lycanthropy would resemble. Personally I still consider it a sub-species of the beast with the taller monstrous creature presented in films like the Howling and Dog Soldiers as the pinnacle of what it means to be a werewolf but still this is a kick ass transformation.
