The show goes back to the early years in Norman Bates life leading up to that iconic tale brought to us by Hitchcock. The series doesn’t debut until March 18th but A&E has been wicked and delicious with teasing us about the shows contents. It is one of the most buzzed about programs that are slated for 2013.
