“Scream Machine” is Scarlet Fry a.k.a Walter Ruether’s latest child of terror. It is a horror anthology that takes nightmares into the digital realm of government control. The concept was conceived several years ago and is very close to the style of V/H/S only under the rule of an evil government agency. This is Ruether’s fourth anthology and by far as he states “will be his best to date”.
