“Nightmare” is a short film inspired by the Jungian dream archetypes; The Persona, The Self, The Shadow, The Child, and the investigations into the MK Ultra by Dr. George Andrews. The film takes pieces from all of these amazing inspirations and births an urban, science fiction film.Nightmare follows Carl, an ex-solider who has the power to foresee future events in his dreams. A piercing sound drills into his head upon awaking.The sound will not stop until he prevents the dreams from occurring. When his dreams begin to spill into reality he must survive his own nightmare.
