Kane Hodder and Doug Bradley Among Icons in "The Gathering"
"On All Hallow’s Eve, The Devil has gathered together four of history’s greatest horror writers - Edgar Allan Poe, Bram Stoker, H.P. Lovecraft and Mary Shelley - to share their untold scariest story in hopes of winning the evening’s prize; the opportunity to leave purgatory forever."
The Gathering is being directed by Jon Keeyes, written by Carl Kirshner and produced by Mark Heidelberger and Jesse Felsot of Treasure Entertainment.
Set to begin production in late 2010 / early 2011 production, here is the list of horror icons that have signed on; Gunnar Hansen (The Texas Chain Saw Massacre), Kane Hodder (Friday the 13th series, Hatchet, Hatchet II) and Judith O'Dea (Night of the Living Dead) will be joining a current cast of nineteen that includes Udo Kier (Blade), Doug Bradley (Hellraiser), William Sadler (The Mist) and has Robert Englund (A Nightmare on Elm Street) still circling the project.
