First Trailer For “I Spit On Your Grave 2” Goes Online

Anchor Bay Films has unleashed the first trailer for grindhouse/revenge sequel “I Spit On Your Grave 2”. The film stars Jemma Dallender, Joe Absolom, Aleksandar Aleksiev, Mary Stockley, Michael Dixon, Valentine Pelka, Yavor Baharov, George Zlatarev, Peter Silverleaf, Georgi Zlatarev and is directed by Steven R. Monroe. There is a limited theatrical premiere event on September the 20th before the movie drops on DVDBlu-ray and demand on September 24th.

Naturally beautiful, Jessica (Dallender) has just settled into New York where she, like many other young women, is trying to make it as a model. But what starts out as an innocent and simple photo shoot soon turns into something disturbingly unthinkable! Raped, tortured and kidnapped to a foreign country, Jessica is buried alive and left to die. Against all odds, she manages to escape. Severely injured, she will have to tap into the darkest places of the human psyche to not only survive, but to exact her revenge…

Trailer Debuts For “Nothing Left To Fear”

The trailer for Anthony Leonardi III’s “Nothing Left To Fear” has debuted. The film co-produced by Slash for Slash Films stars Anne Heche, James Tupper, Ethan Peck and Rebekah Brandes. Slash also announced that he would be releasing the soundtrack for “Nothing Left To Fear” in October. Check out the trailer below.

New Posters For ‘Sleepy Hollow’

Fox unveiled some new poster art for their supernatural drama series ‘Sleepy Hollow’. The show stars Tom Mison, Nicole Beharie, Clancy Brown, Richard Cetrone and John Cho. It airs on September 16th @ 9 (On A Friday! Yey cause I wanna check it out and I have nothing at the moment in that slot).

In this modern-day retelling of Washington Irving’s classic, ICHABOD CRANE is resurrected and pulled two and a half centuries through time to find that the world is on the brink of destruction and that he is humanity’s last hope.

First Clip For “Apartment 1303 3D” Released

I was just trashing this flick for being a weak “rework” of the Asian (Japan actually) original film and wallah! The first clip for it’s July 25th release comes out! The ‘Murcinized vision of “Apartment 1303” is directed by Michael Taverna and stars Mischa Barton, Rebecca De Mornay, Julianne Michelle, Corey Sevier.Check out the clip below.

A reworked westernized version of the Japanese ghost story which turns a love/hate relationship between mother and daughter into a tale of horror. Some rentals are too good to be true.

New Comic-Con Poster Released For “Oldboy”

Spike Lee’s remake of Korean cult film “Oldboy” is fast becoming one of the most interesting projects work it’s way into the festivals and fans psyche. At first it was a pessimistic moan that yet another Asian film was being “reworked” for American audiences. I for one have always preferred the original with subtitles but occasionally a western director manages to get it right-the “rework” for “Apartment 1303” sure didn’t! Anyway with more and more light being shed on Spike Lee’s vision of “Oldboy” interesting is really taking root with genre fans. The red band trailer and this haunting and reflectively cryptic banner displayed at Comic-Con have really raised my brow and peaked captivated my  intrigue.
